A Beneficiary of a Living Trust

How can I learn the types of assets I can expect to receive from the Living Trust? Am I also entitled to learn the amounts and types of assets destined to be distributed to the other some eleven beneficiaries?

Hi, sorry, but getting that kind of information can be difficult with a trust. One of the reasons some use a trust is for the privacy. You can read more at privacy of a living trust.

However, often the trustee wants to be transparent and provide all beneficiaries with as much information s possible. Have you asked the trustee for the information?

my dad been gone almost 2 years my sister is in charge of trust she is spending money like crazy wont give me any details of trust
