My boyfriend died two days ago and we have a child together. Does an attorney contact me to discuss the trust. I don't have the attorney's information. How does the attorney know he is deceased?

Attorney Role After Death

Hi, the key person that will need to carry out the provisions of the trust is the trustee. Is the attorney the trustee of the trust? If so, a family member should inform him or her of the death so that he or she can perform their duties as the trustee.
