Hidden costs of a living trust

It seems the largest cost of a living trust is the amount awarded in attorney fees after death. I have not seen discussion of this hidden cost which far exceeds the cost of probate when there is no contesting of the will.

Hi, can you tell us more your experience with this? How much was awarded and what was it awarded for? In most cases, a living trust should save money as compared to probate. Of course, there are exceptions.
