How Do I Protect Assets From a Second Failed Marriage?

by alice white-caldwell

This article was very helpful; I have attended two seminars on Living Trusts and find that the presenters are not saying that a will today is useless, but you get the feeling that this maybe true.

I have a prepared will, however, I feel that I may need more coverage in order to protect my assets from a second failed marriage of which lasted 5 years; this marriage did not incur any assets or liabilities between the two of us.

I would appreciate a response if possible on this.

What Protection is Needed?
