How Do We Enforce A Living Trust?

My late mother and step father created a living will and me and my two sisters and my stepfathers 3 kids were all beneficiaries of the trust. We did not find out about this until after my stepfather died and his kids tried refinancing the house (which belongs to all of us).

He asked us to sign a quick claim deed and we refused and said we'd take 5k each and would have no interest in any of the assests in the trust. They are and have been living in the home since our stepfather passed. It's been close to 3 years and they just continue to make excuses about not being able to refinance.

What are our options as far as getting at least a little bit from what was supposed to be ours as well.
