Also what if that trustee is also a Care Provider for a disabled adult? What if anything does the Care Provider receive?

Hi, I need to know a bit more background to answer your question. Of course, trustee's of a private trust are not paid by the state in most cases. So, I'm not sure what you are talking about. What kind of trust? Why would the state have an interest in it?
