revocable trust

my deceased parents trust cant be found because one of the siblings took it and no one knows who made the trust. The mobile home in Nevada they were living in was in the name of their trust. There was also only a copy of the will which my other sister has naming us as executors. My question is if i take the death certificate and an affidavit of heirship to the mobile home division of manufactured housing will i be able to get title to it?
