sister the trustee of will -- what are my rights?

My question is? The will states everything be split 50/50. Never asked me about the house what right did he have to kick me out if I could have paid the bills etc. Did that give her the right to spend my money and put aside money for my childrens college without my permission.

Without talking to me Does that give her the right to pay me in bits and pieces. She sold all furniture and etc. I have no say of anything? can I sue her for this for the will was changed a week before my mother died she was not in condition to change the will I was in the hospital with her for the five days she was in the hospital and two days before that she was ill so I just want to know.??? what to do

Duties of Trustee
by: Mo Johnson

Generally the trustee of a trust must act reasonably to manage the property in a trust and carry out the desires of the trustor (your mother) as expressed in the trust. So, without seeing the trust -- I can't comment on whether what your sister is doing is reasonable and/or necessary or not.

Here's a link to an article about the duties of a trustee.
